Lit. “Małysz-style” is a body position applied while urinating and/or defecating in a dirty public toilet. The clou of the meaning is that you avoid physical contact with the toilet seat and instead of sitting, squat just above it.
Also, for tourists this term is associated with countries where the “hole in the ground” toilet are more popular than ceramic toilet bowls. If you visit such a country, you need to get used to pooping “na Małysza”.
