Meaning:
Lit. “(she) lies as a log”. This phrase is commonly used by males complaining about their partner’s alleged lack of initiative in bed. What this denotes is lying motionless, no kisses, no shouts, no wrestling, no clawing, just enjoying their dis/pleasure in private.
What many of them also want to point is them being ultimate Kamasutra masters and their women not worthy of their inventiveness at all. In the Internet you can see this behaviour on self-help message boards and in real live by a glass of beer with your buddies.
This, however, is not the only, just the most iconic use of the expression. You can perfectly well use it to describe a human or an animal lying motionless in any other situation. It stresses the fact that the subject is not going to move, either not willing to do so or being unable to.
